Ottis Stacy, 76 of Barn Branch, Morehead, Kentucky passed from this earth on Friday, December 18, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones at the home of his sister and caregiver Bonnie Estep. He was born on Barn Branch on August 29, 1944 to the late Otis and Cora Plank Stacy.

Ottis was a "Gentle Giant' and was known as one of Kentucky's finest burley tobacco growers. He loved the wonders of nature and wildlife.
