Louise Glover Stigall Carroll, 85, of Soldier, formerly of Haldeman, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at her home.
She was born on July 26, 1935 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late William Andrew Glover and Leona Walsh Glover.
Louise had worked for St. Claire Homecare and was a member of the Haldeman Church of God.
She enjoyed reading and visiting with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Stigall, who passed away in 2000, one son, Michael Stigall, two brothers, William “Wig” Glover and Lawrence Herbert Glover and one sister, Janet Glover Jones.
Survivors include her husband, Clayton Carroll, three sons, Ricky Stigall and Gregory Stigall both of Morehead and Roger Stigall of Clearfield, two daughters, Robin Ann Delatorre-Lucas of Dublin, Ohio and Jackie Renee Hall of Cary, North Carolina, two sisters, Margaret “Mickey” Jennings and Darlene Caskey both of Morehead, three grandchildren, Kara, Kelly and Michael, six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Saturday, May 15, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Ron Clatos officiating.
Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery.
Visitation is after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Caskey, Richie Caskey, Dewayne Gregory, Rodney Gregory, Michael Stigall, Darrell Glover and Jack Pennington.
Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Stigall, Roger Stigall, Tony Glover, Jeff Glover, Missy Glover-Lindon, Clinton Hamm, Alberto Delatorre-Lucas, Lisa Caskey, Jackie Renee Hall, Kara and Kelly.
