Tonya Fraley

Tonya Willoughby Fraley, 40, of Sandy Hook, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 in the St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
She was born on July 1, 1975 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, a daughter of Logan and Bernice Slone Willoughby.
Tonya had been the manager of McDonald’s in Sandy Hook.
She was a Christian and she enjoyed shopping.
Tonya was devoted to her children, her family and her home.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Larry Fraley, three children, Evan Fraley, Ethan Fraley and Mary Katlyn Fraley all at home, her parents, Logan and Bernice Slone Willoughby of Sandy Hook, four brothers, Donnie (Barb) Willoughby and Anthony (Wanda) Willoughby of Morehead and David (Amanda) Willoughby and Timmy (Tammy) Willoughby of Carter County and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 26, 2016 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Aryn Meritt officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pennington Cemetery in Elliott County.
Visitation is after 12 Noon Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Brian Fraley, Bobby Howard, Donnie Willoughby, David Willoughby, Jamie Williams and Marshall Newsome.
