Tony Lewis

Tony Wilkes Lewis Sr., 68, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

He was born on June 22, 1954, in Blackstock, South Carolina, to the late Ephraim Paul Lewis and Roberta Louise Wilkes Lewis

Tony was a United States Army veteran.

He enjoyed fishing, loved to watch old westerns, thrift store shopping and talking to his friends.  But most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, John Henry Lewis.

Survivors include one son, Tony Wilkes Lewis Jr. (Hester Moore) of Olive Hill, Kentucky, two brothers, William Lewis of Chester, South Carolina and Alan Lewis of Winnsboro, South Carolina, one stepson, Michael Branham of Elgin, South Carolina and two grandchildren, Lux Lewis and Harmony Lewis.  Also, several nieces, nephews and other family members.

At his request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
