Sarah Dailey

Mrs. Sarah Ann Dailey, 60, of Louisburg, North Carolina formerly of Morehead, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at her home.
She was born on December 1, 1954 in West Liberty, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Simon Kenton Gilliam and Ethel Brown Gilliam.
Sarah was a former employee of Cowden’s and Carhartt Manufacturing Company.
She was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed cooking, going to yard sales and talking and visiting with her friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Douglas Dailey, who passed away on June 18, 2002.
Survivors include five sons, Joseph K. (Mary Ann) Gilliam and Michael P. Dailey all of Morehead, Eric L. (Saprina) Dailey of Flemingsburg, Samuel C. Dailey and James B. Dailey both of Louisburg, North Carolina, one brother, Hershal Murray Calloway of Virginia, three sisters, Lula May Calloway of Sacramento, California, Louann Wester of Louisburg, North Carolina and Francis Kay McKinney of Morehead, two granddaughters, Kianna Lynn Gilliam and Miley Kay Curtis and step-grandson, Robert Stegall.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Sunday, November 22, 2015 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead.
Burial will follow in the Thompson-Dailey Cemetery
Visitation is after 5 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Joe Gilliam, Eric Dailey, Jimmy Dailey, Cody Dailey, Robert Stegall and Michael Paul Dailey.
