Mrs. Sandra L. "Sandy" Weaver, 69, of Crain Creek, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.

She was born on February 19, 1945 in Paintsville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late William S. Bowling and Evelyn Castle Henry.

Mrs. Weaver was a retired medical records clerk for St. Claire Regional Medical Center. She had also worked at Morehead State University and Lasting Impressions Flower Shop in Flemingsburg.

Sandy was a member of the Crain Creek Christian Church. She got saved on February 22, 1976.

She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, working Sudoku puzzles, reading and especially spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Paul E. Weaver, who passed away on April 12, 2005 and one brother, Donald S. Henry.

Survivors include one son, Scott (Janet) Weaver of Flemingsburg, two daughters, Pauletta (Bob) Lawson and Sherry (Kent) Bruce all of Wallingford, one sister, Carol Lafferty of Paintsville, six grandchildren, Kim Jent, Casey Lawson, Garrett Weaver, Brett (Tiffany) Lawson, Nathan Butler and Taylor Lawson, three great-grandchildren, Christian Jent, Hannah Jent and Katie Jent, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 22, 2014 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Darry Cooper officiating.

Burial will follow in the Weaver Cemetery.

Visitation is after 5:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Rev. Gary Lafferty, Scott Weaver, Brett Lawson, Nathan Butler, Wesley Hilterbrand and Ward Hilterbrand.

Honorary pallbearers will be Robert "Bob" Weaver, Rev. Myron Logan, William "Bill" Weaver, Matthew Johnson, Garrett Weaver and Sam Pelphrey.
