Richard Wallace

Richard Lee Wallace, Age 48 of Horsley Road, Morehead, passed away Saturday morning, August 21, 2010 at his home after an illness of several months.

He was born on November 1, 1961 in Shelby, Ohio to Regina Black Wallace of Clearfield, Kentucky and the late Melvin Wallace.

He attended the East End Church of God.

Richard was an Ironworker and the owner of American 1 Reinforcing. He enjoyed playing golf, riding his Harley-Davidson Motorcycle and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his mother Regina Black Wallace of Clearfield; his fiance Rhonda Deitriech of Morehead, two sons,Richard Lee Wallace, Jr. and Travis Lee Wallace both of Morehead. One daughter Valerie Denise Little and her husband Matt of Salt Lick, Kentucky.

Four brothers, Thomas Wallace of West Liberty, Kentucky, Lloyd Wallace, James Wallace and Brian Osborne all of Morehead, Kentucky; four sisters, Valerie Utterback of Morehead, Kentucky, Angie Wallace of Lucerne, Indiana, Lee Crume of Monticello, Indiana and Amanda Cox of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.

12 Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Tuesday in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Maschino officiating.

Burial will follow in the Richard Wallace Cemetery.

Visitation at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral home is after 5:00 P.M. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Wallace, Mel Utterback, Josh Utterback, Robbie Wallace, Dusty Wallace, Dougie Wallace, William Wallace and Zachary Wallace.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Steven Wallace, Davie Donathan, Wayne Maschino, Randy Forman, James Deitriech, John Deitriech and Roger Roe.
