Mr. Pinky Lee Charles, 64 of Grayson, Kentucky formerly of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky after an extended illness.

He was born August 21, 1957 in Rowan County, Kentucky to the late Julius F. Charles, Sr. and Betty Lou Adkins Partin. He was of the Church of God faith, a former employee of Carter Lumber Company and enjoyed music and the simple things of life.

Survivors include one brother, Julius F. Charles, Jr. of Olive Hill, Kentucky. One step-sister, Sandy Corman of Lexington, Kentucky. Aunts, Janet Lambert, Nina "Davey" Weaver, Donna Lambert and Kathy Layne Charles. Also, several cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 9, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.

Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 12 noon Tuesday.

Pall bearers will be family and friends.

The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home, 808 Old Flemingsburg Road, Morehead, Kentucky 40351 is caring for all arrangements for Mr. Pinky Lee Charles.
