Loretta Fay Wallace, Age 22 of Georgetown, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013 from injuries sustained when she was struck by a car as she was walking along West Main Street in Georgetown.
She was born in Morehead, Kentucky on August 27, 1990 to Lyen Switzer Cook and Douglas Wallace.
Loretta was a graduate of Scott County High School and completed the diesel mechanics course at the Eastside Vocational School in Lexington.
She was a former employee of Toyota Motor Manufacturing and was of the Church of God faith.
She enjoyed painting, writing, fishing, hunting, camping and anything outdoors. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jarod Douglas Stokley on January 4, 2012.
Survivors include her daughter, Jayla Darla Stokley at home. Her Mother and Step-Father, Lyen Switzer Cook and her husband Jamie of Georgetown. Her Father and Step-Mother Douglas and Mellisa Wallace of Olive Hill. Four brothers. Arvis Curtis of Georgetown, Brandon Curtis of Olive Hill, Travis Curtis of Morehead and Stanley Douglas Wallace of Olive Hill.
Two sisters, Susan Jane Wallace of Georgetown and Kierston Wallace of Olive Hill.
Maternal Grandmothers, Carol Pennington of Georgetown and Winona Dee Easterling of Morehead.
Also, other family members whom she loved which include; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Sunday in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Jennings and Bro. Jerry Maschino officiating.
Burial will follow in the Watkins Cemetery in Wolfe County.
Visitation at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral home is after 6:00 P.M. Saturday.
Pall Bearers will be Eddie Joe Wallace, Timothy Tucker, Wayne Bretz, Stanley Douglas Wallace, Gary Bishop, Gary Lewis and Joseph Wallace.
