Linda Travis

Mrs. Linda Ann Carter Travis, 68 of Morehead formerly of Baxley, Georgia passed away Saturday morning, May 25, 2019 at the home of her daughter in Morehead.

She was born June 12, 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Eddie and Amelia Ann Darby Carter,

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Keith Travis, two brothers, Bobby Carter and Danny Carter.

Linda was a retired cook and baker having worked on an off-shore oil rig. She enjoyed animals, bird-watching, sewing and reading.

Survivors include one daughter, Jeannie Justice of Morehead, one brother, Perry Carter of Baxley, Georgia, one sister, Donna Carter of Colorado and a sister-in-law, Raedell Carter.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Georgia.
