Larry Swim
November 7, 1953 — February 23, 2016
Larry Mitchell Swim, 62, husband of 19 years to Vickie Swim, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born on November 7, 1953 in Indiana to Ethel Jones of Clearfield and the late Clinton Carl Swim.
He worked at Dixie Cup as a machine mechanic and he was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by one sister; Joyce Swim of Lexington, one brother J.J. Jones of Morehead, two grandchildren; Austin and K.K. Penman of Lexington and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A special thanks to Butch and Mary Hargis of Morehead.
A celebration of life service will be from 6:00 to 8:00 Pm, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Scobee Funeral Home in Winchester.
