Jerry Dale Lewis, 58, of Florida formerly of Morehead, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at his home.
He was born on September 20, 1951 in Olive Hill, Kentucky, a son of the late Arthur and Madge Moore Lewis.
Mr. Lewis was a retired HVAC technician.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Doug Lewis and Hermon Lewis.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Wells Lewis, two sons, Jerry Dale Lewis, Jr. and Robert A. (Raechel) Lewis of Tampa, Florida, three brothers, James Lewis of Winchester, Paul Lewis of Elliott County and Dennis Lewis of Morehead, seven sisters, Darlene DeWitt, Mae Moore, Barbara Kegley and Judy Cassara all of Morehead, Shirley Shay and Sheila Lewis both of Clearfield and Terri Lewis of Somerset, six grandchildren, Kayliegh, Kiah, Cora, Jada, Ethan and Kopie, special friend, Marlene Kiser of Olive Hill and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 22, 2010 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Ditney Ridge Cemetery. Visitation at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home is after 6:00 P.M. Sunday.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Wells, Clyde Mabry, Bobby Mabry, Clayton Lewis, Denver Lewis, Kevin McCarty and Gary Fouch.
