Jennifer Lynn Forman

Jennifer Lynn Forman, 49 of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025. She was born on February 3, 1976, a "Bicentennial Baby" in Morehead, Kentucky to the late Simon Eldridge, Jr. and Helen Watson Eldridge who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her brothers, Mark Eldridge of Elliott County, Kentucky and Randy Eldridge and his wife Sandy of Morehead, as well as a sister, Dana Crose of Morehead. Jennifer is survived by several nieces and nephews, whom she adored and was incredibly proud of: Dustin Crose, Hope Crose, Hannah Eldridge and Jacob Eldridge all of Morehead and Emily Crockett of Elliott County. She always had a camera in hand to capture special moments with them.

Jennifer graduated in 1994 from Rowan County Senior High School and went on to graduate from Maysville Community and Technical College with a degree in office management. She had worked at Rowan Veterinary Clinic as well as Heilig-Myers Furniture.

Jennifer found happiness in the simple pleasures in life. She enjoyed baking the world's best chocolate chip cookies for everyone. She was an avid fan of UK Wildcat basketball and Dale Earnhardt. She loved puzzles and created masterpieces in cross-stitch. She loved cats and dogs and as a child would rescue any stray that came along. She was a devoted supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Jennifer loved her family fiercely and was loved without limit in return. Her love and support never wavered. She will be forever missed, and memories of good times will be forever cherished.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 6, 2025, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead.

Burial will follow in the Caudill Cemetery at Sharkey.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 12:00 Noon Saturday.

Pall bearers will be family and friends.
