Janet Hicks

Janet Hicks, 84, of Mansfield, Ohio, died on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 19, 1937, to the late Clyde and Ellie (Boggs) Parker in Olive Hill, Kentucky, Janet was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  She enjoyed gardening and loved flowers.

Survivors include three children, Robert (Sharon) Hicks of Mobile, Alabama, Barbara Brady of Mansfield, and Helen (Rex) Stidam of Shelby, Ohio, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dallas V. Hicks in 1992, a daughter, Brenda K. (Hicks) Roe, a son-in-law, Jerry Brady, and a grandchild, Cody Stidam.

Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Perry's Branch Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.

There is no visitation.
