James Roy Fultz, 52 of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead after a brief illness. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio on May 12, 1968 to Robert Roy Fultz of Morehead and the late Angie Wilson.
James was a former construction worker and roofer. He was of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed fishing, football and spending time with his kids.
In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roy and Mildred Fultz and his brother Jeff Porter.
Survivors include his father and step-mother, Robert Roy and Connie Fultz, his wife Luevern Wallace Fultz, one son, Brandon Fultz, one daughter, Kathy Jo Fultz and one sister Kathy Fultz all of Morehead. Four grandchildren; Alexis Gilbert, Brooklyn Gilbert, Braden Gilbert and Kortni Muse. Also, several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Larry Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in the Fultz Cemetery on Greasy Creek.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday.
Pall bearers will be Brandon Fultz, Robert Roy Fultz, Ray Crum, Marvin Wallace, Jr., Donnie Gilbert, Brandon Adams, Joe Wallace and Jeffrey Wallace.
