Georgia Fraley

Mrs. Georgia Marie Fraley, 66 of Carter County, passed away Saturday evening, February 27, 2016 at her home. She was born in Carter County, Kentucky on December 4, 1949 to the late Estill and Sadie Hurley Layne.

Georgia was a homemaker and enjoyed photography, painting, art, quilting and drawing. She was a Christian and was of the Church of God faith.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Ronald Paul Fraley, sister Bonnie and brother Billy.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Fraley, three sons, Ronald Mastin Fraley (Edna Arthurs), Bryan Estill Fraley and his wife Debbie and Adam David Fraley all of Carter County. One daughter, Tina Marie Brown and her husband Bobby of Carter County.

Four brothers, Richard, Tony, Kenneth and Frank. Five sisters, Lois, Barb, Betty, Lorraine and Kathy. Nine Grandchildren, Kristen Faith Fraley, Jessica Danielle Oliver, David Jacob Fraley, Cameron Dalton Fraley, Bobby Ethan Brown, Colton Reed Brown, Jonathan Aaron Mocabee, Dana Nathaniel Mocabee and Christopher Paul Arthurs. Also, six great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Bobby Day officiating.

Burial will follow in the Crisp & Fraley Cemetery in Carter County.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 5:00 P.M. Monday.

Pall bearers will be Bryan Fraley, Ronnie Fraley, Jacob Fraley, Jonathan Mocabee, Dana Mocabee and Chris Arthurs.
