Donald Ray Green, 76, of Clearfield, Kentucky passed away Friday morning, December 4, 2020 at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
He was born on November 5, 1944 in Morehead, Kentucky, a son of the late John and Berthal Howard Green.
Mr. Green was a retired commercial contractor and a United States Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam Era.
He was a graduate of Breckinridge Training School and a member of Grace Fellowship in Morehead and the Corbie Ellington American Legion Post No. 126.
Donald was a Kentucky State Champion Marksman and he enjoyed guns, fishing, hunting and U.K. basketball.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, C. B. Green, J. T. Green and James R. Green and two sisters, Minnie Grace Boggs and Betty Doerr.
Survivors include his wife, Jalah Hurt Green, two sons, Darren Green of Los Angeles, California and David Clinger of Clearfield, one brother, Larry Green of Grove City, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be conducted Sunday, December 6, 2020 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral in Morehead with Pastor Thad Callahan officiating.
Burial with full military honors by the Corbie Ellington American Legion Post No. 126 will be in the Lee Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
