Diana Lynn Ball

Diana Lynn Carroll Ball, 69, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2026, at UK St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

She was born October 24, 1956, in Fort Eustis, Virginia, to the late Paul Edmond Carroll, Sr. and Sylvia June Korakas Miller Fultz.

Diana enjoyed playing bingo, going to yard sales, cookouts, dinners and her family.  Her favorite holiday was Christmas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Billy Jo Carroll.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Ball; her children, Thomas Ray Carroll, Candy Dillon (Danny), and Wayne Douglas Drouillard, Jr., all of Morehead, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Justin Ghist, T.J. Carroll, Ashley Carroll, Bryan Salazar, Christina Carroll, Brandon Salazar, Mindy Middleton, and Waylon Netherly; and eighteen great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her brothers, Paul Carroll, Jr. (Louis Stilton) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Richard Carroll (Lori) of Nashville, Tennessee, Mike Carroll (Penny), Terry Carroll of Toledo, Ohio, and Dennis Carroll of Morehead, Kentucky; and her sisters, Gloria Kidwell, Barbara Harmon (Henry) of Morehead, Kentucky, and Sandy Fultz Boisselle of Toledo, Ohio; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2026, in the chapel of Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead.

Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Dillon, Danny Dillon, Brandon Salazar, Bryan Salazar, T.J. Carroll, Paul Carroll, Ronnie Messer, and William Hamilton.
