Ms. Deborah Fultz Walls, 60, of McBrayer Road, Clearfield passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at her home.
She was born on March 23, 1956 in Mansfield, Ohio, a daughter of the late Orville Fultz, Jr. and Lenora Smith.
Deborah enjoyed spending time with her family and caring for her dogs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Brent Fultz and one sister, Kimla Sue Lewis.
Survivors include one son, James (Allison) Fultz of Morehead, three brothers, Mark Fultz of Mansfield, Ohio, Tim Fultz of Haldeman and Shawn Fultz of Morehead, two grandchildren, Matthew Fultz and McKayla Fultz and several nieces and nephews.
At her request, there will be no services or visitation.
The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is caring for all arrangements.
