Mrs. Deborah "Debbie" Terry Johnson, 58, of Olive Hill, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013 in the St. Claire Regional Medical Center.

She was born on July 24, 1954 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Orville and Lucille Click Terry.

Debbie was a homemaker and a Christian for 34 years. She attended the Unity Baptist Church and she enjoyed going to church, singing and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers.

Debbie was the loving wife of over 36 years to Dewayne Johnson, whom she married on September 22, 1976.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, William Dale Perry (Amber Allen) of Olive Hill and Jason (Renna) Johnson of Morehead, one daughter, Kristie (Lawrence) Hackworth of Morehead, three sisters, Eula Bell and Sherline (Bennie) Caudill of Olive Hill and Geraldine (Bill) Kennedy of Camby, Indiana, four brothers, Lonnie Terry, Michael (Judith) Terry, Douglas (Mary Alice) Terry and Paul (Donna) Terry all of Morehead, seven grandchildren, Mason Perry, Katelyn Perry, Hadyn Roe, Kelli Perry, Kelsey Johnson, Haley Roe and Caleb Johnson, lifelong friend, Cathy Cragwall of Cincinnati, Ohio and several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 18, 2013 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Holbrook and Brother Johnny Seagraves officiating.

Burial will follow in the Click Cemetery.

Visitation is after 6:00 P.M. Tuesday and anytime Wednesday.

Pallbearers will be Hadyn Roe, Mason Perry, Caleb Johnson, Devin Terry, Chris Terry, Cody Sturgill and Chris Spillman.
