Mr. David Charles Chernis, Age 65, of Clearfield, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 in the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.
He was the husband of Carol Bullis Chernis.
There is no service or visitation.
Burial will be in the Town of Main Cemetery in Park Ridge, Illinois.
