Connie Cooper

Mrs. Connie Ellen Catron Cooper, Age 79 of Elliottville, passed away Saturday evening at her home.

Mrs. Cooper was born September 7, 1934 in Carter County, Kentucky to the late French and Mary Reynolds Catron.

She was retired from Cowden Manufacturing and enjoyed working in her flowers, sewing, quilting and taking care of her home.

She was of the Church of God faith.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by three half brothers, Floyd "Peanut" Catron, Bud Catron and Hoss Catron. Two sisters, Myrtle Porter and Dorothy Rice.

Survivors include her husband Lowell Cooper who she married on June 25, 1954.

Two sons, Larry (Kathy) Cooper and Carl (Pam) Cooper both of Elliottville, Kentucky.

Three brothers, Bill Catron, Bob Catron and Jack Catron all of Elliottville and One sister, Ethel Wagoner of Mansfield, Ohio.

Four Grandchildren, Tessa Robinson, Adam Cooper, Eric Cooper and Laura Cooper.

Five Great Grandchildren, Blake Cassity, Alex Robinson, Jacob Williams, Brayden Mollette and Emmalee Cooper.

Also, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Tuesday in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Austin Carter officiating.

Burial will follow in the Fouch Cemetery at Elliottville.

Visitation at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home is after 6:00 P.M. Monday.

Pall Bearers will be Tessa Robinson, Adam Cooper, Eric Cooper, Laura Cooper, Blake Cassity, Alex Robinson and Clint Robinson.
