Clyde Morehouse

Clyde W. A. Morehouse, 79, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital in West Liberty, Kentucky.

He was born on May 13, 1942 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a son of the late John and Glatis Hyatt Morehouse.

Clyde was a retired supervisor for Keebler in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a United States Army Veteran.

He enjoyed cars, farming, raising cows and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth Morehouse, Marvin Morehouse and Glennis Morehouse and one sister, Ferrell Kelsey.

Survivors include his wife, Brooks Anna Waggoner Morehouse, his son, Tommy Brian (Sally) Morehouse of Maineville, Ohio, two brothers, Fred (Carol) Morehouse of Moscow, Ohio and Hubert (Darlene) Morehouse of Batavia, Ohio, three sisters, Margaret Ison Simmons, Charlotte (Lawrence) Dowdy and Loretta (Jimmy) Brown all of Morehead, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Morehouse of Lebanon, Ohio, Jonathan Taylor Morehouse of Los Angeles, California, Abagail Marie Morehouse of Mason, Ohio and Benjamin Collin Morehouse of Los Angeles, California and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 28, 2021 at the Elizaville Cemetery Chapel in Elizaville, Kentucky.

Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.

There is no visitation.
