Charles M. Fraley, 40, of Morehead, passed away Friday morning, March 11, 2016 at his home.
He was born on October 18, 1975 in Gary, Indiana, a son of Helen Magdziak Fraley and the late Charles Fraley.
Charles had been a mechanic.
At his request, there will be no visitation or services.
