Carl S. Ingle

Carl S. Ingle, 91 of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation in Grayson, Kentucky.

He was born on July 19, 1934 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a son of the late John and Anna Dewitt Ingle.

Carl had worked at the Southern States Feed Store in Morehead and Farmers, Kentucky and then he worked at Sealmaster until he retired.

He was a farmer, father, husband, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Carl liked sitting on the porch watching people go by and visiting with his family and friends.

He attended the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church in Wallingford, Kentucky.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ada L. Horsley Ingle in 2024, one daughter, Caroline Ingle in 1959, one son-in-law, Scottie Wagoner, Sr. in 1986, one brother and nine sisters.

Survivors include his children, Annie Wagoner and her husband, Ora, Grace Wagoner, Robert Ingle, John Ingle and his wife, Cathy, William Ingle and Tony Ingle all of Morehead, Carl Ingle, Jr. and his wife, Debbie of Beattyville, Kentucky, Richard Ingle and his wife, Victoria and Scottie Ingle all of Owingsville, Kentucky and Glenn Ingle and his wife, Naomi of South Shore, Kentucky, grandchildren, Scottie Wagoner, Jr., Alex Wagoner, Johnny Ingle and his wife, Jessica, Dakota Henderson and Samuel Ingle all of Morehead and great-grandchildren, Braydon Wagoner and Johanna Ingle both of Morehead. Also, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Siloam Cemetery with Brother Tom Redmon officiating.

There is no visitation.
