Brian Keith Smedley

Brian Keith Smedley, 53, of Morehead, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024, in Lexington, Kentucky. 

He was born on September 13, 1970, in Warren, Michigan. The son of the late Joseph Smedley, and Joyce Ramey Smedley. 

Brian enjoyed going to car shows, driving people to appointments and playing Santa for children at Christmas time. He never met a stranger and enjoyed helping anyone who had a need, he was compassionate and caring with anyone he came in contact with. He worked in the tool and die manufacturing business.

Brian leaves behind his son, Joshua Smedley of Reidsville, North Carolina, his daughter, Michelle Smedley of Clearfield, Kentucky, his brother, Terry Smedley of Morehead, his sister, Denise Smedley Bradley of Morehead, one grandchild, Angel Herrington, and a host of family and friends that will sadly miss him. 

Private family services will be conducted.
