Beartleen McDaniel Roberts

Mrs. Beartleen Kegley McDaniel Roberts, 85, of Brown Ridge, Morehead, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015 in the St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
She was born on August 6, 1929 in Elliott County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Ballard and Dora Holbrook Kegley.
Mrs. Roberts was retired from A. O. Smith Corporation in Mt. Sterling.
She attended the House of Prayer and enjoyed cooking, gardening and taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Avery McDaniel, who passed away on June 29, 2000, her second husband, Harlan Edward Roberts, who passed away on August 4, 2013, one daughter, Judy Mickey, one brother, Lovirda Kegley and one sister, Madge Jones.
Survivors include two sons, Ray (Villie) McDaniel of Louisville and Bernard (Joann) McDaniel of Morehead, three daughters, Berniece (Archie) Griggs of Mt. Sterling, Debbie (Jr.) Stephens of Raleigh, North Carolina and Roberta (David) Howard of Morehead, twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, July 26, 2015 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Harley Sexton, Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lyons Cemetery at Elliottville.
Visitation is from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Chris McDaniel, Michael Stephens, Jeffrey Howard, Kevin Kinmann, Daniel Howard and Josh Howard.
