Arvis Wayne Curtis II, 30, of Olive Hill, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at his residence.
He was born June 29, 1988 in Morehead, Kentucky a son of Mellissa Easterling Wallace and the late Arvis Wayne Curtis.
Arvis was a former employee of McDonald’s of Grayson.
He attended Limestone Apostolic Church and enjoyed fishing, playing video games, spending time with family and friends, and was an excellent cook.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister Loretta Wallace and one nephew Jarod Douglas Stokley.
Survivors include his mother, Mellissa Easterling Wallace, one son Abel Mason Curtis of Grayson, Kentucky, one daughter Emilene Curtis of Georgetown, Kentucky, three brothers Brandon and Travis Curtis both of Morehead, Stanley Wallace of Olive Hill, Kentucky, two sisters Kierston Wallace-Payton of West Liberty, Kentucky, Susan Wallace of Georgetown, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday May 19, 2019 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Andrew Owens officiating.
Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery at Blairs Mill.
Visitation is after 12:00 P.M. Sunday May 19, 2019 at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead.
Pallbearers will be Travis Curtis, Brandon Curtis, Stanley Wallace, Jeremy Nolan, Stanley Easterling and Wesley Payton.
