Arlie Elmo Bradley of Laurel Creek in Lewis County, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky after an apparent heart attack.
He was born May 24, 1938, in Rowan County, Kentucky to the late Thomas Jefferson Bradley and Annie Ethel McKee Bradley.
Elmo had worked his entire lifetime as a logger and had also farmed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by nine brothers, George, Marvin, Roscoe, Milford, Jessie, Ora, Gail, Lodis and Sanford. Three sisters, Parma Lee Campbell, Joyce Brunsen and an infant sister Tiny Mae Bradley.
Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Bradley (Christy) and John Bradley (Theresa) all of Lewis County. One daughter, Melissa Whitman (Chad) of Manistee, Michigan. One sister, Katherine Decker of Granger, Indiana.
Four grandchildren, Emmalena Whitman, Rebecca Wright (Kyle), Shannon Bradley (Brooke) and Austin Bradley (Morgan). One great-grandchild, Ryleigh Wright.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 27, 2026, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Randy Wagoner officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bradley Family Cemetery on Laurel Creek in Lewis County.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home is after 11:00 A.M. Monday.
Pall bearers will be John Bradley, Ronnie Bradley, Austin Bradley, Shannon Bradley, Kyle Wright and David Baber.
