Angela "Angie" Fraley

Angela Carol “Angie” Meadows Fraley, 75, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022 at the Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sandy Hook, Kentucky.

She was born on May 29, 1946 in Huntington, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Paul and Jewell Cooper Meadows.

Angie had been a cook for Rowan County Schools.

She enjoyed collecting angels and cookbooks.  She loved babies and spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Shawn Fraley.

Survivors include her husband, Dinzell Fraley, one daughter, Tammy Plank (Bobby Routt) of Morehead, daughter-in-law, Kelly Routt of Morehead, one brother, Mike Meadows of Barboursville, West Virginia, special friend, Jeff Brown of Morehead, eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

There is no visitation.
